It's my friends first big birtday, sweet 16. We are going out for a meal and then clubbing after. My hair is shoulder length and layered. I need directions for a style that will compliment my dress. It's a short blue lacey dress. I would perfer to wear it up. I am really interested in hair that has that chinese look, with the sticky-outy bits, so if you can help please do.
