Does anyone know of any products at all (available also in UK) that actually do enhance natural hair growth??I'm desperate to grow my hair out so please help if possible!

No magic pill, Becky, but I have found that taking a daily multi-vitamin really helps. Your hair is one of the last body parts to receive nourishment from the blood. Supplements can help to "feed" the hair follicles and grow your hair to its maximum potential. In addition to a multi-vitamin, various supplements that have worked for me are silica, calcium (yes!), Blue-green Algae, and regular "hair vitamins".
