I have the "Student-size Kit". I love the "Bliss Ends" and the "Scalp Oil". There are so many different shampoos to try out! I also love the "Hairgasm" shampoo and the "Magic Spray" for detangling.

> Has anyone used Louise Marie Longhair's products? Are> they worth the price, or not? Have any favorites?> Products to avoid? How is the customer service?> Thanks!I have been using LM products for a couple of months now and I love them. My hair has never been softer or shinier. About 2 weeks or so after I recieved my first package she even e-mailed me to see how things were going and what was working the best for me. She really knows her stuff.

Her Hairgasm shampoo is fantastic as is the #10 Protein Conditioner. My favorite, however, is her #11 Magic Conditioning Spray... it's the only thing that works when I'm trying to comb through my tangles!

I had heard that these products were very good and have decided to give them a try. In fact, my first order is on its way to me now! I can't comment on the products yet, but I certainly can on the customer service, which I think is superb. I corresponded with Louise Marie via e-mail and received prompt, courteous, professional answers. The profile you fill out is comprehensive--Louise Marie wants to be sure you get what's right for you and gives lots of product recommendations/selection guidance based on your answers. My last communication was over the phone (to give payment information), and it couldn't have been a nicer conversation; like talking with an old friend! I even got an e-mail saying that my order had been shipped and when I should expect to receive it. If the products' quality are anything like the quality of customer service, I'm going to be very happy! Regarding price, prices on the website are in Canadian dollars. With the conversion from Canadian to U.S. dollars, the prices seem to be competitive with the better U.S. product lines.> Has anyone used Louise Marie Longhair's products? Are> they worth the price, or not? Have any favorites?> Products to avoid? How is the customer service?> Thanks!
