Please help! I can not find a shampoo that is sulfate, frangrance and allergy free. I totally break out when using every shampoo I have tried and I now have had to result to using Dial bar soap for my hair as well. I do not want to continue using the bar soap because my hair is starting to get build up.I know there must be some natural things that I can through together to wash my hair in? If you have any ideas please let me know. I'm praying that God will send someone my way with this information so badly needed. Thanks and God Bless,Mark

I think they come very close to meeting the requirements you have listed.Check it out. I use the JAY shampoo and GPB conditioner, and I like them both together. You can find them in health food stores.Regards,Clare

If you have any> ideas please let me know.Well, I've looked for recipies for castille soap based shampoos and had trouble finding any. Most of the recipies I've seen for "homemade" shampoos start with a premade shampoo base (usually sulfate based). If you have short hair, you may want to just try a diluted liquid castille soap, such as Dr. Bronners.Otherwise I know of at least 3 sulfate free shampoo lines:Aubrey Organics (which has a very wide selection, but I haven't been much pleased with the way they leave my hair), Botanics of California (www.botanicscalifornia.com) and some hemp based company who's name I can't remember at the moment. Also I've seen a few natural soap companies that make a glycerine-soap-like bar shampoo that may work for you as well. Try your local health food store.Good luck.-jennifer j

Hi Mark,I hope you have already found the answer to your shampoo problem...if not, I have never tried this product, but if you go to www.hairgasm.com(I know, weird name)there's a hairdresser that makes her own shampoos and conditioners and such, and I believe that they are sulfate free, so give it a try. It's a "longhair" sight, but of course they can be used by everybody, I would say.God Bless,Holly
