HiI was wondering if someone could gove me some tips on what products ( shampoo, conditioner etc..) work well with thick, coarse hair. I keep my hair at ear length and have it permed because if it is straight it is so heavy it just falls forward and I like to keep it off my face.I have been using Terax Shampoo Miele and the Crema conditioner and liked them both but I don't want to go throughthe hassle of mail ordering. Plus, I have moved and now have acces to Phyto and Klorane products both of which I like.I would greatly appreciate any help you can give. i am trying to work with my hair as best as I can ( My Mom says I shouldn't complain about having alot of thick hair but she doesn't have to deal with it ). Also how often do you wash your hair?Sorry for all the questions, but I figured if anyplace would have the answeres it would be here.Susannah
I have very coarse thick hair as well, and straight, I have tried everything. It is very time consuming and takes forever to dry and style, I had it long but it just wass weighed down with no body. I now have a short layered cut to control it, but I look like a boy.
