Down Time - Apologies

Hi,Jeff and I wanted to let you know that Hair Boutique has been experiencing terrible down time problems with our web hosting service. We have taken some steps to move the HB site to a new service, but like everything else, we have to hurry up and wait for all the appropriate steps to be completed.Jeff and I apologize to anyone who has experienced trouble in the past few days getting into the site. Jeff has spent a lot of time on the phone trying to work with the hosting service to resolve the problems.We want to thank you for coming back in spite of the problems. We appreciate it and hope to have the site moved to a new service within the next 10 days.Our 1999 resolution is to provide a faster, more efficient and better site.
