I have very long, frizzy, naturally wavy hair. I onlyrecently decided to try straightening it. I sawConair's Straight Styles commercial and decided togive it a shot. It worked great! Everyone loves my newstraight hair. The only problem is that I'm worriedthat straightening my hair every 2 days will ruin it,or at least make it dryer. Does anyone have anyexperience in this matter, or know if my fears willcome true? If so, is there a better way to straightenlong hair?

I believe the best way to staighten naturally wavy hair is via the blowdry method. I would also recomend getting this done professionally. Doing this yourself might result in scourched or parched hair. with this method your hair stays straight for a long time, up until you wash it or sweat very heavily.

Really?! That shocks me, but I'm definitely glad to learn about the ramifications of regular straightening with Conair's straightening iron. That sucks that they can even sell a product that does that. Now I'm wondering about blow-drying. It always seemed like such a hassle, and I thought that it ruined your hair just as much. Does anyone know if blowdrying every 2 days will dry out your hair?
