Hi! I just wanted to ask how many people are taking or have taken flax seed oil, and if they noticed any improvement in their hair. I picked up some Saturday night on a whim and have been taking it three times a day, along with the Viviscal 2x daily.TIA!

I tried it and loved it. My hair wasn't as dry and my skin felt and looked better. Unfortunately, I didn't keep it up but, I really noticed a difference. HTH
