Help.. 6 mnths ago i permed my long hair.. well now it is frizzy, brittle and not soft... i know i need to get the perm cut out, but not ready for the dramatic change..any suggestions on products or hair care routines that can help?I live in Canada, so many products i read about are not available here... please email mail me privately.. thanks
