> Hi, Clare!First, Aubrey Organics. If you are referring to the Blue Green Algae Creme Rinse Conditioner, I would say it is effective as a light conditioner. If you are referring to the BGA pre-shampoo conditioning treatment, a mega-conditioner, It's actually called a hair mask,I would say it is superior. It comes in a 4oz jar and I try to use it at least once a month. If you are looking for a super conditioner in the Aubrey line, I would recommend the GPB (glycogen protein balancer). I use it on a regular basis. It doesn't build up and works every time.Do you use a weekly or bi-weekly facial mask? The BGA clay mask is excellent, too. I have been using it twice a week for nearly a year and simply love the results. I like it better than Aubrey's straight clay mask for oily skin. The BGA mask is supposed to be for all skin types, so I was hesitant, but it agrees with my skin.As for the health and nutrition boards, I have been in search of one terrific board with diverse opinions. Something like here. However, my search has not yielded tremendous results. I have tried ones on Dejanews and Yahoo, but what I've found is that there's a lot of poor information. I don't mean to be critical, but I try to read constantly and it's disturbing to see things which you know are just wrong. I really like a newsletter through Healthwell.com. They send you lots of info on the latest studies with vitamins, supplements, etc. Just browsing some of the back issues has been quite illuminating.Sorry I could not have been of more help.Take care and all the best,Jade21Hi,> Would you mind giving me the URL's for the nutrition> and health boards you have been on??
