I have been getting my braids done every two months and now I am ready to take them out. I have had them in for a total of 12 months. I would like to relax my hair but I would like not to lose it. Can anyone recommend anything I can do? I have very thin hair, lots of split ends, and it breaks easily. If you can help me please do. I appreciate it.
The present is the past tomorrow. :)

I think that will help.Anita

>Hi, Kelly!I absolutely agree with Anita. You must condition your hair for at least, and I stress at least, one month. To find out about the state of your hair, you might try this. Go in for a strand test before you start the conditioning and then go for one after one month. If your hair cannot withstand the strand test after the conditioning, condition for another month. In addition to concentrated conditioning, give yourself some hot oil treatments with olive or jojoba oil, too.All the Best,Jade21I have been getting my braids done every two months> and now I am ready to take them out.
