I just read your review on ARTec's Kiwi shampoo and after reading the ingrediants knew right away why it's more drying than the smoothing shampoo. The kiwi shampoo contains Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate which I've read is as drying and damaging as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Just thought you'd want to know. I liked your review though and wondered if all the oil in the kiwi shampoo made it heavier on your hair than the smoothing.

Hi,Thanks for mentioning the Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate. As I did mention in the review, I found the Kiwi more drying overall unless I mixed and mateched it. The shampoo itself did not seem to make my hair feel any heavier though. Just dry. I really hate dry because my hair is naturally dry and a little coarse from the natural waves. I did try ABBA and now that made my hair feel heavy. But that is another story and another review. Thanks for the tips.Best wishes,Karen> I just read your review on ARTec's Kiwi shampoo and> after reading the ingrediants knew right away why it's> more drying than the smoothing shampoo. That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger or drives you totally insane. :-)
