Hi Anya! The first suggestion I will make is to only shampoo the first portion ofhair closest to your scalp and allow the shampoo to briefly touch the restof your hair when you rinse out the shampoo. The ends of your hair neverget the protective value of your natural Sebum (hair oil). Then onlycondition the last portion of your hair which is the oldest hair youpossess and needs more conditioning than your newer hair at the roots thatreceive hair conditioning from the natural hair oil. This should helpdiminish any dry frizzies in your wavy/curly hair, stop tangling, preventsplitends and preserve haircolor.Overshampooing the midshaft to ends of you hair is very dangerous to thehealth of your hair. You may also want to keep a large toothed comb in theshower to evenly distribute the conditioner to every strand of your hair.Moist hair can stretch up to 50% of it's length without breaking, whereasdry hair cannot. By the way, twice a week use a clarifying shampoo, rootsto end, to prevent product build-up, if the shampoo lightly rinsing throughyour ends is not always enough.Detox Your Hair with ABBA Molasses Purifier™If your hair acts stubborn or limp and refuses to cooperate, build-upcould be the problem. Molasses Purifier's baking soda, molasses and specialchelators put hard water minerals, chlorine and other impurities in theirplace - down the drain. Your haircolor will take on anatural dazzle. Your hair's condition will be rewarded.Try KMS Curl up (curling Balm):This non-chemical curl intensifier naturally infuses nutrients and moistureinto permed or naturally-wavy/curly hair for increased curl and shine.BUMBLE & BUMBLE DEFRIZZ gets rid of it: frizz that is. It's a light,humidity-proof barrier that protects hair. It doesn't hold, but calmsand smoothes, leaving a soft and silky texture. It contains a simpleblend of silicones that add shine and keep hair protected during humiditychanges. For all types of hair, especially if curly, fine or limp. On damphair: squeeze a dab into your palm, rub hands together and spread evenlythrough hair from back to front. Let dry naturally or blowdry. On dry hair:start with a small amount, and with fingers, work through areas that needextra control.I am very impressed with Phytologie's Phytobaume Light Untangling BalmACTIONSUntangles hair without weighing hair down.DIRECTIONS FOR USEAfter shampooing, apply the untangling balm on well-rinsed hair.Comb through to distribute evenly.Rinse extremely well.INGREDIENTSUntangling derivativeMallow extractKeratinShining agentSmoothing agentAlso try Phytologie Phyto 7Daily Intense Hydrating CreamACTIONS· Hydrates the Hairshaft.· Nourishes and revitalizes hair.· Provides daily protection.DIRECTIONS FOR USE· Apply on towel-dried hair after shampooing or whenever needed during the day.· Work a dab of PHYTO 7 through the hair using your fingers to untangle hair.
