cosmetology services in home of confined

Hi, I'm wondering how many of you provide cosmetology services to a confined person in their home when the calls come to your shops. I'm presently trying to have the law amended in Md. to allow for this service without going thru a shop, as the shops don't seem to have much interest. Including the one I work in now, although I have my own liability insurance. Many states do allow this to be done.
