Quick question: what do you posters generally do with your bangs? Curl them, let them air dry, or what? I know it's time to go in to get mine cut, but I simply don't have the time and trying to style them is driving me nuts. Any suggestions? Should I try cutting them myself? I currently just let them air dry and rub in a tiny bit of Sebastian's Molding Mud for the "chunky" effect, but they've grown so much that this is no longer working!TIA!

When I had bangs I used a tip I had seen on tv from a famous stylist. I was trying to let my hair grow out and did not want to get it trimmed often so I used this to keep my bangs looking good. You take the triangular area at the front of your hair, comb it out evenly and twist tight, then you snip. Keep in mind that you should take off only a little to begin with because your hair is pulled taught and will be shorter when you let go. If you didn't cut enough you can do it again. This cut gives you a uniform, even look, unlike wetting and cutting where you could cut to much off one side then have to cut more off the other side to keep it even. This cycle could go on forever! I've tried this too and sometimes you might end up with no bangs at all. I liked this guys approach much better. P.S. If you are the slightest bit unsure of you ablity do not cut your own hair.Good Luck no matter what your choice!!!!
