I'm african american and have a relaxer and was wondering what i can do to my hair to control the frizz, fly aways and to get it straighter without weighing down my hair and having a greasy feel?

Hi Shasta,I have curly hair which tends to frizz easily, so maybe some of the products that i am going to reccomend will help you out....1. Any pure silicone oil serum-- they all work eqaully as well!2. Kiehls Creme with Silk Groom-- a fantastic product that moisturizs as it offers very light styling support.3. Phytologie Phytodefrisent-- a VERY good frizz tamer-- non-greasy and light as well!Any of these products offer great frizz control for me, so hpefully one of them will work for you too!Sherry~> I'm african american and have a relaxer and was> wondering what i can do to my hair to control the> frizz, fly aways and to get it straighter without> weighing down my hair and having a greasy feel?

I'm also african-american with a relaxer, and I use a little dab of Phytodefrisant on my hairline to help me straighten out my new growth. Silicone is a good frizz buster, but be careful because it does bulid up, especially on african-american hair, leaving a dull film behind. The best thing is to use good moisturizing products on your hair(Artec's Smoothing duo.> I'm african american and have a relaxer and was> wondering what i can do to my hair to control the> frizz, fly aways and to get it straighter without> weighing down my hair and having a greasy feel?
