OK, I have been taking it for about a week and a half now and my hair seems to be growing but I'm sure that its wishful thinking! Anyway, is there nutritional benefit to taking this? I figured it couldn't hurt me because I don't eat any fish-can't stand it! Also, what about the wrinkle claims? Other information I found on the web claims that it reduces wrinkles. Oh by the way--great articles on the topic!Shannon

I'm a different Shannon than the one who posted, but I've just finished my first box of Viviscal and I definitely see growth! Maybe not 1.5 inches, but growth nonetheless. My parents, who hadn't seen me in a month and didn't know I'd been taking it, also remarked that my hair was longer.I wish I could measure it accurately, but I can't becausea. my hair length is uneven from relaxer damageb. I'm growing out of the relaxer so my hair is two different texturesc. I've been doing lots of wet sets so as not to damage my new wavy hair growing in.I got it all pressed two days ago and that's when I saw the growth. I started my second box today and I'm looking to the day when all my relaxer will be gone and I'll have long, healthy and beautiful hair!!!> OK, I have been taking it for about a week and a half> now and my hair seems to be growing but I'm sure that> its wishful thinking! Dear Shannon,Well, Viviscal does contain an excellent source of natural vitamin C, acerola. In general, it's a highly focused product, being specifically excellent for the hair. It's certainly light on calories, of course. :)Jeff MachAurora Group Guy
