I went to a salon to get a cut and perm. I asked for loose curls and a cut around the bottom of my ears. The cut came out close to right but the perm is a disaster. It is tight curls and I don't have a clue what to do about it. I tried to wet it down no luck also tried a curling iron no luck. That was all I could think of to do. HELP what can I do I don't want to go back to the salon it is out of town and I don't trust them to fix anything.Any help would be great.Mary Ann

GOOD LUCK!! Christine

If this does not satisfy you, it can be reversed. You should go to a salon and have them mix an 'acid perm' solution with a heavy bodied conditioner and apply to damp hair combing it down very flat and smooth with a wide tooth comb. Check every few minutes to see what 'degree' of relaxation is developing, and rinse and neutralize per instructions when it has relaxed sufficiently. Be sure to condition intensely afterwards and be very gentle with your hair, for it has taken a real 'chemical beating', if you pursue this course of action. william
