ive been wantin to cut my hair my waves are real deep i havent had a cut in about 3 weeks should i let it grow and cut my hair or should i have my mom cut it or what not and would i cut against the grain or with

DONT USE CHEAP CLIPPER! OR ITS GONNA**** UP YO HAIR AND WAVES :/ The meatal part of cheap one sucks ass.
