I have an itchy scalp but no dandruff. I heard that oatmeal was good to bathe in for itching. If anyone has a hair recipe let me know.

Try rubbing apple cider vinegar in your hair before shampooing.Or even aloe vera gel.Something to soothe the scalp.Aveda's rosemary mint shamp/cond works for me too.So does Paul Mitchell's Tea tree shampoo.
