Can anyone explain what is limp hair?My hair is oily but it looks frizzy?Its not dry.Why is that?

This only happens after my hair is washed.When its oily it doesn't appear to be too frizzy.But my hair is straight and the ends are usually bended or haywired.Is this static?

it could very well be static. i suggest a clarifying shampoo with a light conditoner.. you might want to try just a dab of anti frizz creame or leave in condionter to smooth the frizz(or static) away. hopes this helps~!
