Aubrey Organics does not make a tea tree oil shampoo. If you are looking for a good one without the SLS, try Dessert Essence. Excellent product!**Jade**
Hi Again Jade :)Question: Who makes Dessert Essence and can it be ordered online? Who carries it? Thanks! Also, do any of the Aubrey Organic shampoos/conditioners help with itchiness and flaking? Unfortanately, besides the sensitive scalp, I'm prone to dandruff too due to Sebborhea (Oily scalp). Thanks so much for your help!!Maria :)Related Link:Maria In Mass
What's up to my girl, Maria in Mass!> Question: Who makes Dessert Essence and can it be> ordered online? Who carries it? Thanks! The manufacturer is Dessert Essence. You can find the products at most health food stores, including Fresh Fields/Whole Foods. Their products are also available at the Vitamin Shoppe, that place with the discounts:), at www.vitaminshoppe.com. If you go to the website, just do a search using the brand name. The discount is 20% off retail this month.> Also, do any of the Aubrey Organic> shampoos/conditioners help with itchiness and flaking?> Unfortanately, besides the sensitive scalp, I'm prone> to dandruff too due to Sebborhea (Oily scalp). If you read my message above, I mentioned the J.A.Y. shampoo. I think this would work well for you. Other good shampoos for your scalp are the Selenium Blue shampoo and the C. Fern shampoo. Both of these are very rich and gentle.> Thanks so much for your help!!You are welcome!Later,Jade
> Aubrey Organics does not make a tea tree oil shampoo.> If you are looking for a good one without the SLS, try> Dessert Essence. Excellent product!> **Jade**Hi Jade and MD,AO does make a green tea shampoo (Green Tea Treatment Shampoo) and a cream rinse to go with it. The info on the site says it's supposed to keep the "scalp healthy and flake-free" I'm not sure if this would help in this situation but figured it was worth mentioning. I have been thinking of getting it for my husband who has itchy scalp and flaking. Have you tried it?Thanks,Shannon G.
Hi, Shannon G.!I like the Green Tea Shampoo very much. It is very mild and gentle, and soothing to the scalp. I can't say I liked the Cream Rinse much, but that is only because my hair needs a heavier conditioner. I think that a man would like it a lot especially because they usually like minimal styling time.Shannon, your husband might like the C. Fern shampoo or Selenium Blue shampoo better for the flaking and itching. Both are gentle, do the job, but are much richer shampoos than the Green Tea shampoo. All the Best,Jade
Hey Jade aka Hair Cybertwin and JD :)How are you doing? I hope well. Thank you so much again for the Aubrey recommendations! It is very much appreciated!I put in an order to Aubrey and so far ordered a few of the shampoos you mentioned like the Fern one and also the Quillaya Bark one. I also ordered the Rosemary & Sage Rinse as well as the Natural & Herbal Facial Cleanser. I am really looking forward to using these products and can't wait until they arrive! Can't you tell? LOL!I have another question. Do you just use one Aubrey shampoo and conditioner exclusively or do you interchange? Aubrey Hampton in his book "Natural Organic Hair and Skin Care" which I ordered years ago recommends switching products frequently (I've been readin the book this weekend and find what he's written very helpful. He seems very knowledgable and makes a lot of sense.). I think JD from this board recommends interchanging products as well. Right?Anyways, I have a good feeling about these products and they sound just what I need for my hair and skin. Thanks again Jade and JD for recommending them!! Keep me posted on your successes with Audrey - they give me hope and I LOVE hearing about them! Thanks so much!PS. If you'd like to email sometime, I'd love to hear from you and anybody else here who would like to write. I enjoy recieving email and meeting new friends online. Thanks!*Hugs to the both of you*Maria :)Related Link:Maria In Mass

> Has anyone tried this product. What do you think of> it?I know Aubrey produces one but I don't get the> brand over at my place.I really like PM Tea Tree Shampoo. I think of it as a "summer" shampoo, very cooling and nice on the scalp. I think it is a very good scalp shampoo. There have been times that I have "mixed" shampoos, so to speak, at the same time. The PM Tea Tree on the scalp, the rest with a more moisturizing shampoo. They now have a matching conditioner, although I have not tried it. I also use the PM Tea Tree on my dogs for baths in the summer.Clare
