I recently went to a salon to go get my hair highlighted and the stylist used a creme bleach with no toners....my dark brown hair came out platnium blonde and the roots were not properly done...I came home from the salon and tryed to fix it with a semi-permenant dye and it was too red and my hair came out orange where she bleached it....I need to know how to fix my hair and fast..I live in a small town and that is the only salon here so there is no one else I can ask..Please help me

Be sure to do a test strand first and the timing may have to be adjusted because of the fact that your hair is more porus and will take the color more readily than 'virgin uncolored hair'. Please post and let me know how this comes out.william
