Here I go. I am 16 and I finally got the guts to by a bottle of reddish brown haircolor. I have now medium to dark brown hair, and the new shade I am trying is Clairol Loving Care in Reddish Brown. Now, granted I have never actually told my asked my parents, but it washes out in six to twelve shampoos, so (hopefully) there is no harm done. I am coloring in about a half hour, so if anyone has tried this product or has any last minute tips, they are very welcome. Oh, and one question I really need answered, if it looks awful, will it really wash out or fade in a couple days if I shampoo a lot.

good luck! hope it went well. it sounds like you got a very semi-perm. color, so yes, it should wash out pretty easily. if you want it to wash it out faster, shampoo more frequently (twice a day, even) and/or use a clarifying shampoo. hope it looks great.:) silvie
