My hair is curly and I've been trying to grow it long for what seems like forever. It grew to about 3 in. above my waist, but the trouble is, the only way you could see the length was if it was wet, or pulled when dry. In frustration, I ended up cutting off 5 inches, and now I want it to grow again. Is there anyone out there who has sufferred with this curly hair dilema, and also has anyone had success with any foods that expedited hair growth and/or thickness?
Hi,Patricia!Have you ever visited naturallycurly.com? Great site and lots of folks are growing their hair out.For hair growth and thickness, you might consider a B-complex supplement daily, among other things. For some general guidelines, check out the thread over at naturallycurly.com in General Discussion re Curly Hair, "To Jade21" from "quinny", among others. If you go to naturallycurly.com, be sure to visit the Newbies section upon entering "Curltalk".Hope this helps...JadeMy hair is curly and I've been trying to grow it long> for what seems like forever.
