Hello, everyday is a bad hair day for me. I cute my hair short and now I am trying to grow it out. I want to know what I can do to fix it or if you think I might ought to get a perm.It is very straight. I mean a curling iron want hardly curl it. Please help me. I want to be able to look good and not like a shaggy dog.Thank You,Kristi

There are many options on short hair, I need a few more details.
