long thick hair

can anyone advise which shampoo and conditioner i can use on my hair as it seems to come under several categories-therefore there is never a product that will do all i want.my hair is passed my shoulders and is naturally very dark in colur and shiny.it is very healthy but my hairdresser comented it has a tendancy to frizz-although i can blowdry this away.if i leave it to dry naturally it is on the borderline between curly/wavy/frizzy.i dont like it curly so i dont want a product that will enhance this but i have got slightly curly hair!so do i buy a product formulated for curly hair or not?!i dont know whethetr to go for a dry hair product of just stick with simple normal products.i have just bought fudge the shampoo and the conditioner as well as a tigi long hair set in the hope of finding the wonder product but these have yet to prove their worth.i dont mind paying more than usual for the right products thanx for any help!!!!
