This year's celebration of big hair centers around the them "Let Them Eat Cake," and 18th century "historique" hair tribute to the styles of Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI. Come see men dressed as cans of Aqua Net and women attempting to outdo one another's dos by taking their hair to new heights. Named one of America's best parties in 1995 by People magazine. For information, call (713) 528-5858. Tickets are $150. The gala is 8 p.m. to midnight. ...
