QuoteReplyTopic: Hair Dye Posted: June 19 2003 at 10:09pm
I dyed my hair black about 6 months ago and I wanted to dye it black...which I used to do all the time. First I would use Blondisma Super for 30 minutes and then I would dye over that with the shade of Blonde I would like. It useually turnes out really good. This time I used a lightener to lighten my hair from black to a light blond shade, the box said it would work...it didnt. So 2 days later I used Blondisme Super to lighten my hair like I used to do and it dyed my roots really blonde but the ends are a reddish blonde...I dont know how to get rid of this. Why didnt it work like it used too? How can I fix this problem without spending lots of money? Please help me.

well what is your natural hair color? i think you should dye it back to black or brown to cover up the orange. then once it all grows out it'll be easier to bleach.
