Help!!, lowlight disaster

I have fine hair that was bleached twice 2 years ago then hairdresser used a GoldWell Top Chic tint a 9 ash with 20 vol to get a great block colour, from then on she used the same colour with 30vol for re-growth touch ups, my hair has been in great condition until.........I went last week to another salon (mine is on holidays) armed with all 2 year info on my hair etc, I asked for 1 shade darker underneath & a few foils in the centre part & some a little farther under. The senior colourist used Wella Colour Touch in Golden Sand , it has gone way too dark as in 2 shades more than it should have & my hair is not even porous, to add more misery it's so dark gold it looks awful. The colourist said it will fade out well it's not budging!!, please is there anyway I can get this to fade out ??, I have a tube of my goldwell 9 ash at home with goldwell's 30vol what can I do to remove this horrible colour I am 40% steely grey & 20% white I loved my old colour but was talked into the 'LowLight' idea as I thought it would be low maintence.I could cry please help.

Thankyou so much Keisha!, now to find an oil based bleach in Australia, I've not seen any is a Salon for probably 15 years. It sounds like the answer to my prayers, much appreciated.
