Warm or Cool tone?

I used to dye my hair blonde. I loved it but I don't think I ever got the shade right. I've read so many articles and tips on how to tell if I'm "warm" or "cool"... if I should go golden blonde or champange blonde. I want to go back to lighter hair but I'm scared to start in again w/o having some direction. I want to avoid having to color it again and again. HELP!

~My natural hair color is light brown (my mom always said I have golden brown hair from natural highlights)...
~My eyes are blue w/ yellow flecks or sometimes blue-green...
~My skin is light and flushes easily...
~I have tons of freckles, especially when I've been out in the sun...
~My skin never tans very deep, it burns, then slowly turns into a medium tan...
~I don't like gold jewlery, so I wear silver (I'm not sure if that's b/c I don't look good in it or I just don't like it)
~I wear a lot of pinks, blues, blacks, whites... I don't look good in most greens, oranges or purples.

This is pretty much my natural hair color
This is about how light I'd want to go. I'm not sure if it's 8 or 9.

It helps to look at the underside of your arm and see if your skin has like a peach, pink, yellowish, or whatever sort of cast to it. But just based on the description, I would've guessed cool-- my skin is very pale and pinky, and doesn't tan, and I'm cool.

im going to say that you have a cool skin tone you notice the pic of reese, her hair is more "ashy" than sarah gellars that''s because she has a cool skin tone try a champange or ash blonde and dont pick a shade that''s too light or it could end up orange like you can also try to put a color corrector in the hair dye to reduce the brassiness or orangeness you can find it at sally''s beauty supply or some drug stores have it
