Hey. Heres alittle tip: When you buy hair dye ALWAYS look inside the box to make sure that the bottles are the same numbers on the box. There are alot of smart a**'s, that like to switch the bottles and put them in different boxs. This never happened to me, but I heard from ppl that it happened to them.

Yes, I always do that but it did not help this time. My hair is totally screwed up.
