my hair is turning grey, about 30%. I am coloring it medium to dark browns using ashes and nuetrals, but it always fades or turns to a red color. My hair was never red before. I would like a light brown. Any suggestions. Yes, I have alot of natural gold, but you can't see any of it now. Please help.
