So, I bleached my hair, and ended up light orange. Thing is, i wanted this colour, now I've decided it's not that nice, and I want to lighten it.

My hair took it pretty well; it's not that damaged, but my mother thinks otherwise, because it is a little damaged she tells me I've wrecked my hair. Which isn't true in the least; there's still a certain amount of shine left(my hair was not that shiney, even when it was black).

Anyway, since my hair is light orange, if I use a blonde dye, will it come out? I'm looking for a red toned blonde; like blonde but with a slight orangey tint; or quite a bit of orange; whichever comes out.

Do you think it will work? I don't want to bleach AND dye it again; I don't think my mother will let me bleach it.

I'm thinking of dying it temp red for a good while, then going blonde. Since my hair isn't completely bleached, the red should mostly faded; the same bleaching should remove it and make my hair blonde.
Anyway, any advice is appreciated!
This is my signature. It's not a very
good signature, but it's a signature
nonetheless.

if u want to get rid of any red hues in ur hair, sally's has these drops called red out and u use a couple of drops to your dye or bleach and it helps take out the orange color... if u dye ur hair a blonde color, add these drops, and place a plastic bag over ur hair and blowdry it for a while u should end up with good results ur hair will be really damaged though... but i get the impression that does not bother u lol
