I have naturally medium brown hair. A stylist put a dark brown/red over my golden highlights. My hair is a solid dark color and I miss my highlights, will the permanent color fade? So far it''s been 6 weeks and there is no sign of fading.
IS there a way to fade the permanent color without any strong chemicals? (my hair is already broken and lacking shine from processing)
