Hi, I'm a dark blonde with lighter, honey highlights and am wanting to go to a medium/dark brown with some lighter brown highlights. I'm a natural blonde but have very dark lashes/brows and dark green eyes, so I'm hoping I'll be able to pull this off. I don't want it to be reddish at ALL. I have an appointment at a reputable salon but not the one I typically attend tomorrow and am wondering if there are any concerns I should address or what to expect! Thanks.
hey i did this a week ago. I'm a medium/dark blonde naturally but I have black lashes and dark brows too, and I was able to pull it off.. in fact people are saying I look better as a brunette.. i'm still not sure if i'll keep it but at least it looks natural. So don't be worried about it, just obviously make sure you do a warm color if you have warm skin tone, cool if you have cool... and I hope you're doing a semi or demi instead of permanent color, so much less damage and the shine afterwards is incredible.
oh yeah I forgot to add, I went VERY dark brown too, although it's a semi so it has faded into a medium brown now... and I was still able to pull it off fine.
