Help Please

well my hair is layered till my shoulders lengh,it''s a fine hair with a little wave in it my original hair color is light brown , i changed it from so many years highlighting is blonde till someday i went all light blonde i loved it but maintaining it was so expensive and my hair was out of life at all whatever conditionners i used it still frizzy and split ends everywhere and i realised something the roots that coming out aint my original color it''s jet black !! anyway i went to meduim brown and then added few blonde highlights it was fine till the color started to fade out and became a very brassy tone and then i decided to go red i did a light reddish brown which was amazing but sadly the color faded out so my stylist done a darker tone and more brownish that it can stay longer and i used alots of products for red shades to maintain the reddish tone but also the color fadded out and became a very dead color something like light semi reddish brown so the stylist added some blonde highlights it looks nice but i m afraid it started all to fade again i m thinking about changing it but i m thinking more of caramel color something like beyonce hair color ? means i m white and it went fine with her so it should with me or should i go back to red shades but is there''s anything i can do to stop it from fading out ??

all this dying action happened during about 5-4 years my hair now regain it's healthy status i deep condition it all the time
