Hi Everyone.
I'm thinking about getting the Hair police method for extensions and had one question that I forgot to ask during my consultation....What happens to the natural hair that you shed? Does it get stuck in the braid and weigh it down or are you able to pull the hairs out?

most of it sheds into the braid and comes out when theyre tightened...i dont think it creates much extra weight, but it could create some matting...the matting can be removed pretty easily if you havent waited too long to tighten them...but dont go any longer than three or at the most four months or it could get out of hand...its the same, imo, as the shedding with microlinks, hairlocs, eurolocs, great lengths and fusion.
