Heard about this board a while back from Quinnsters site(forum). I've been lurking (and reading) around here for a few weeks and was starting to feel like a stalker, so decided to say "Hi" .
You guys have tought me so much about the Shrinkies, thanks. I normally do pinchbraids. But I like the idea of mixing the two, if someone has short/fine hair, shrinks around hairline and below the part and p-braids underneath. Has anyone here tried that yet?

These boards used to be full of self-promotion and very little else, but it's really morphing into a great site with lots of helpful advice and tips, from pros and DIYers alike. isnt it interesting how a common interest can bring the same bunch of people together in different places. Maybe its because there are very few places that those of us who share this common interest can go to , to get and share our information. I remember visiting this board ages ago and not much was happening here, but lately this place has became a very valued souce of information! I have really enjoyed coming to this board in the past few weeks Ive learned alot and shared alot, and hopefully this board continues to thrive like it is now!

Just so you all know....Its my understanding that the more "hits" a board gets the higher on the search lists it goes..( If anyone knows differently please educate me, Im no web expert ) ...so if we all check in a few times a day it will get more popular and higher on the list, and that means more members and more fun... I know that when I googled Hair extention message boards this had to have been on the first two pages...cause I wouldnt have found you all if it wasnt. So....with the new members and the more hits...this place should be rocking in the next few months.

Do any of you guys do LJ? I just signed up, and I have one now, but nothing is in it, because I don't know how to use it.Oh well. Is it easy to post pics on here? I would like to post show offs(like on quinns site) but cant quite figure out how it works, because I suck at this. My bf is trying to help me with it. I would like to post some synth extension pics, because there has been a lot of talk bout them. I love Prohair&Trimco. And am dying to try some plastikhaar.
I like this board a lot, it gets really funny at times.
