Here are two pics of my hair after my first cut after starting the process. This is about two weeks after starting...I know i should have waited longer but I can't go to work with my hair too long...I really don't have alot of waves yet but it's coming(i have very bad hair so this is an improvement)...i think the barber cut me too short...

to help keep you focused on brushing your hair have weekly goals
example: connect the first row of waves on the top or get a wave pattern started to the right side.

That is needed to keep you focused on the big goal at hand to get complete 360.
