Heather Tom (Victoria) on Young and the Restless has finally cut her hair. It just skims the collarbone, has some layers and is quite blond. I think it looks great. Also Ashley seems to be growing her hair out, which is a shame, I really like it when it was shorter.

Great, short hair looks so sexy on ladies!!!! Still praying for Sarah Michelle Gellar and Robert Altman to run into eachother in a barber shop, Bruce

I like Victoria`s new hairstyle. I think Ashley`s looks better long.

Ashley looks better as a brunette. That blond look is so fake, especially with her dark eyebrows. IMO.
