I think Camero Diaz would look much better in short hair. I think her looks right now (which is letting it grow) doesn`t suit her that well. What do you think? Try to picture her in short hair... I think it would look much better.

Cameron Diaz used to have really short hair and she looked great.

IMO Cameron Diaz is right near the top of the list of celeb`s (with Julia Roberts) that get nice syles only to wait 6 or 8 months to go back to the salon, thus their style tends to be always... almost something nice
