Katie C and Kelly R

I believe you are right. I saw Kelly R. on The View, I guess it was Friday, and she was much blonder. Perhaps she is going blonde gradually. Katie looked sort of different this morning but I couldn`t really tell exactly what it was. Maybe it was the color.

You know, i was going to say the same thing about Katie Couric, but you beat me to it. =) I just noticed the other day that instead of the layered flip, it looked much fuller at her shoulders and had more swing to it. Not that swing is necessarily a good or bad thing, just an observation.

However, I would agree that the layers worked a bit better since it just sits on her shoulders now. To me, that`s the worst length to wear a blunt cut because it makes it look like a non-length. Not short enough to get the swing of a bob and not long enough to be the cascading blanket of hair. It`s just sort of there...especially if you aren`t blessed with a long neck, like Katie isn`t.

Now AggiePam, THAT`S a good suggestion! Katie would look very cute with curled hair. But as I don`t think it`ll ever happen, I`d settle for darker, shorter, bangs, and lots of fun layers that flip out in back (a trendy style that seems invented just for her, but which she mysteriously isn`t using). This one-length thing reminds me of Kelly Ripa - kind of a "tent" of hair framing her face that isn`t flattering at all.

Katie is the reason I watch NBC`s Today Show. Her hair looks splendid.
