mmkay...this 360 degree n00b has a few questions to ask. i read some of the other posts on here about waves, but i got a few questions. 1) when u do finally get waves, wut do u do for a haircut? just an edge up? 2) and i have nappy hair when it grows out (go ahead...laugh it up and get it over with), when and if i do get waves, do i put grease in it after i wash it, then brush hard, then a do-rag? and in the morning...brush it again?
im just a lil confused on those things..but i think i got everything else down

Honestly, since you have nappy hair I think it's best to start out from near bald. I did and my waves are coming in nicely. As far as the method goes look some more around the site and find a method that you think will work and then tweek it. To get the best waves you MUST experiment. No two heads are identical and neither are the methods. Find yours and make it work.
