How long can bonding glue work to keep extensions in my hair? I have thin blonde hair and would like to be able to wash it every day.

I called a place up about getting hair extentions and they told me that it would only last for about 1 week if I took good care of it. They said regular extentions that are sewn or weaved in could last up to 3 months. But w/ reg. extentions you have to get them tightened every so often.

... also.. I wouldn`t recommend ANY extentions... they aren`t good for your hair!

I had my extensions re-done w/bonding glue in addition to sewing them in. I also had them cut to just above bra strap length due to the weight of the hair. My natural hair is a bit fine & shiny. The stylist says this is one of the reasons they originally slipped out so fast. The weight alone was too much for fine hair. She had doubled and in some places quadrupled the hair b4 sewing it in.

The 2nd time she put them in she used dark bonding glue THEN sewed the extensions in. It`s been 9 days now & they`re only slightly loose, (and I wash it daily). I can`t stand not to. If I don`t my natural hair on top is just flat. Honestly though, I really don`t think the job I had done was worth $422.00 I`m using loads of product on the hair and its still constantly ratty.
