Frizzy-Dry hair..HELPPPPPPPPPP

Hi,

I am 25 and have shoulder length fragile and frizzy hair. It appears curly the day I wash it but the very next day it gets semi-straight on the scalp and frizzy half-way down. My hair type is a combination - oily scalp and dry hair and as a result most of the time I am confused between choosing shampoo`s/conditioners - for oily or dry hair???!

I oil my hair twice a week and use a herbal cleansing shampoo. I am currently using Pro-Vitamin `Instant Repair` Hair treatment capsules for softening the frizziness but in vain. There is so much talk about leave-in conditioners/Rinse-out conditioners. But what conditioner should I use for a problem/combination hair type like mine?

Since my hair is thin I cannot seem to style it and the frizziness makes it more difficult. I am in favor of long hair. What hair cut will give my hair volume and look good on me (I have an oval face but plump cheeks which give an apperance of a round face!!)
