Has anyone tried the no shampoo suggestion in the Curly girl book? I have been doing it for 2 weeks and I am surprised that I am not itching or anything.

I`ve been following the Curly Girl routine for just over 5 months now, my hair loves it! I can`t quite get the styling part down, but my scalp and hair love the cleansing part of the routine. :)

Lots & LOTS of folks are doing this routine at naturallycurly.com .

The book is called Curly Girl and is by Lorraine Massey.

I recently started going to the Salon that wrote "Curly Girl". They are truly spectacular when it comes to styling curly hair!

If anyone is in Manhattan, I highly recommend going for a haircut. After my first visit, my husband told me that in the 9 years he`s known me, I finally found someone that knew how to cut my hair.

One problem though, the Salon is not cheap and it`s becoming an addictive habit for me.
