Hi!
I`ve posted on the hair bloopers forum before...and here`s why:
I have naturally wavy/curly hair -- and I attempted to straighten it...I have no friggin` clue why I would`ve done something so stupid!
Well, as it turns out -- the straightener fried my hair...and, I eventually had to shave my head. Well, now my hair`s starting to come back in -- it`s pretty short right now...
it`s not quite as long as Adam Sandler`s but around that area...and, I was wondering if maybe some of you hair experts out there would know this...
Will my hair have to be longer before I am really able to see the wave/curl again? Because, if anyone has seen Adam Sandler on the old Saturday Night Live episodes you would know that Adam Sandler has a natural wave/curl to his hair as well...
When he cuts it short, you can`t really see it...do you think this is most likely the case with me? Is it just too short yet to really see?
Question #2:
You`re only supposed to shampoo your hair 2-3 times a week max, right?
Well, what are you supposed to do with it all of the other days? Just run it under the water?
Because, that`s what I`ve been doing...just running it under the water, not using any shampoo -- you know, just getting it wet.
It seems to make my hair want to stand up though...like I have all these little stray hairs on the top of my head what to stick up...why?
is just putting water on your hair known to do this?

Hey Adam! I`ve never had hair that short before or anything, but here`s what I think.... #1) your hair will most likely look wavier (is that a real word?)once it gets a little longer...just hang in there :) #2) it is a VERY good idea to only shampoo 2-3 times a week (or 4, if you want). It sounds gross, but the natural oils in your scalp actually keep your hair in much better condition. Just rinse with water in between shampoos and if you get those little hairs sticking up, try either a gel or even better, a pomade or wax-type product and just smooth it down with your fingers. This shouldn`t be as much of a problem once it gets a little longer, too.
Hope I could help & good luck to ya! Love, Ingrid :) :)
