Hair cuts

I have long, thick, curly hair and have always had this urge to cut it short, but am slightly reluctant. Please WHAT SHOULD I DO!!
If I were to cut it short what style. I am soo lost!

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!! I cut my hair short--about chin length--five years ago & it was awful. The shorter curly hair is the curlier it gets. I had serious Buckwheat syndrome. It looked hideous.

I really think long hair w/minimum layers is the way to go w/curly hair, since the more hair you have the more it weighs down the curl, and the less frizzies you get.

Now, five years later, I'm still about 3-4 inches away from my original length. Boy do I miss my long hair.

If you want something short, I suggest getting it cut to a few inches all over so you'll have an afro.
