touseled wavy look

my hair is wavy and thick but the waves are thick and semifrizzy so normally i starighten it but i really love hair that is like mary kate and ashleys sort of that beachy touseled wavy look, does anyone have any ideas? thanks so much

hello shampoo and condition your hair blow dry using a diffuser or dry till slightly damp then scrunch dry use a soft hold mouse it works with most perm types and changing the hold level of the mouse depends what your hair is like naturally if it can hold a curl easy a soft hold level would be good if not a stronger level hold mouse would be needed
